Travel/Contact/Per-Diem Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with a per-diem worker after their first shift, let us know and you won’t owe us a dime for that shift. This guarantee is void if the per-diem worker returns for a second shift, or if you do not contact us within 24 hours of the end of the first shift.
Direct Hire Guarantee:
If the new employee terminates for any reason within the first 90 days of employment, a one-time replacement will be made for the specific position detailed in the original order specifications at the same salary with no additional fee, providing the fee has been paid infullwithin14 days of start date of the MSG CANDIDATE. If the CLIENT opts to have MSG provide a replacement, the CLIENT agrees to give MSG 30 days to exclusively work on the position. MSG will work to provide a one-time replacement within 30 days of being notified by the CLIENT of the termination. If MSG finds a replacement and the salary offered is lower than the initial offer, a refund will not be issued on the original fee. If MSG finds a replacement and the salary offered is more than 10% higher than the original offer, an additional payment will be required for the difference. If the CLIENT opts to does not have MSG provide the one-time replacement or declines the 30-day exclusivity, the CLIENT will still be responsible for paying MSG 30% of the fee as long as the candidate arrived for their first day of work.
