Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking full time Recruiters to join our team. We are a Worcester based Healthcare Staffing agency. Successful candidates are self-motivated and diligent. They are constantly thinking about how to win while understanding the importance of a positive group dynamic. Successful candidates will know how to use good judgement and have great intuition. Responsibilities

• Develop an effective recruiting strategy by identifying qualified candidates for external positions.
• Recruit and interview applicants, placing candidates on local temporary and contract assignments.
• Develop professional relationships with candidates.
• Evaluate the skills and background of potential candidates and determine if they meet specific client requirements.
• Ensure the availability of qualified flexible/full time employees to meet current and anticipated needs.
• Introduce candidate to onboarding process.
• Other duties as needed

Experience

• 2-3 years of customer service experience required
• 1-2 years of recruiting or sales experience required
• Prior experience working with Bullhorn a plus (not required)
