Improving Lives Through Community Involvement

A central part of our mission and culture at MSG Staffing is the focus on improving lives through innovation and fun: for our clients, our candidates, and our employees. Each year we extend this focus within our community as well, through various community partnerships and fundraising efforts.

In addition to raising funds and donations for our local food pantry and homeless shelters, our employees have also lent their time and talents to the following community organizations:

Alternatives Unlimited

A warm and comfortable home. A satisfying and purposeful job. Friends you can rely on. Thanks to the help and support of Alternatives, hundreds of Central Massachusetts residents with psychiatric or developmental disabilities are leading full and successful lives within their communities – lives that include real homes, real jobs and real relationships. For 40-years, they have been committed to offering not just superior services, but real opportunities for people of all abilities to live, work and learn together.

Horace Mann School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Horace Mann School is the oldest public day school for the deaf and hard of hearing students in the United States. The school has a rich history of providing quality education for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students. Founded in 1869, their school has been educating children and young adults for almost 150 years. Their dynamic dual language K-12 public education prepares students for postsecondary success by providing them equitable opportunities to engage with rigorous curriculum, by developing academic discourse in both American Sign Language and English, and by empowering students as Deaf individuals with diverse linguistic, ethnic, and cultural identities.
